    • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

    • Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    • Resolution: If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
